Everything was finally looking up for Homura. After the defeat of Walpurgisnacht from Madoka's Wish and after seeing her ascend into Godhood, Homura wanted to protect the world that Madoka had left behind. However all of it is thrown down the drain as unfortunately she is captured by a mysterious organization. Who are these people and what do they want with her?

After the events of Fallout: New Vegas, Ulysses awakens in another desolate and broken world torn apart by war. He has seen many things in his life, being assimilated into the Legion, the Hoover Dam, the Big Empty, The Divide. However this new world he finds himself in is strange. Ulysses will have to find a way to survive and meet the mysterious person who brought him here.
