  • It's all in the details

A series of short stories where we take a few more liberties with canon. What if situations in a person's life resulted in a serious character shift? What if there were situations in the past which might alter the entire course of a story? And what if non-canon characters interfered with the storyline as we know it? I will do my best to make each story at least believable. Enjoy.

  • Mary has her say

Mary Bennet is much more than meets the eye, though her survival instincts have hidden most of her true strength from her family and community. She is an observer, a person who sees everything even when nobody wants her to. And though she very seldom intervenes, when she sees her two favorite sisters in pain, she is willing to break society's rules to help.

  • Grandma Bennet

When Mr. Bennet's mother presents herself on his doorstep shortly after the end of the Revolutionary War, he does the minimum to accommodate her. Grandma Bennet takes over the raising of Elizabeth, his older brother's daughter, setting off a chain of events which will change the life of one little girl and her cousins forever

  • It might have all been different, Book Two

The second installment of "It might have all been different," where we explore how a single change or perhaps one large change might alter the entire story of P&P. Happily Ever After is not guaranteed.
