Three years after the light returns to Eos Noct lid Lucis Caelum mysteriously washes up on the shores of Galden Quay only to find that the people are worse off than before with a provisional government known as the Senate running Lucis. The emergence of magic becoming more common place frightens many and rumors of a new oracle circulate.
