Sherlock has been having vivid images of a man in his Mind Palace since he nearly overdosed in 2008. He's concluded the man to be his subconscious, but when the man suddenly presents himself in person as Doctor Stephen Strange, what once was a metaphorical storm turns into a turbulence of emotions.
