During a meeting amongst Gods across the multiverse, Palutena gets into a heated argument with her father Zeus that leads him to turn the people of Skyworld against her to invade the Smash Realm. Master Hand and Crazy Hand suddenly disappear with the appearance of the God of Light, Galeem. Will the smashers defeat Galeem? Or is there a greater threat lurking in the darkness?

After stopping Gouji Rokkaku from taking over Tokyo, the GGs can finally relax and enjoy their lives. They weren't used to being heroes and honestly, they didn't want to be seen as heroes. They just want to go about their normal lives as rudies. Of course things won't be easy. There's always some unfinished business in the streets.
