Hecate was Stoneborn. She helped built the City Walls, defend them, and expand beyond them. When the Vex invaded the City at the height of Lakshmi-2's folly, she was there to kick them right back out. Unfortunately, the Vex had other ideas. When she winds up on an Extra-Solar planet somehow in a worse tactical position than the Last City had been, she has her work cut out for her.

In 2259, the terrorist known as Khan commandeered the Federation Battleship known as the USS Vengeance and used it in an attempt to destroy Starfleet at its core. Unknown to most of the Federation at the time, the Vengeance was the second ship of its class, with the Class Leader USS Dreadnought deployed for testing. This is her story. Adopted from an author who disappeared.
