This is the story of a Kazuma who could no longer be an adventurer, and so decided to fully commit himself to the path of the chivalrous thief. Contains volume 6/season 3 spoilers.

Long ago, two young goddesses, one wielding water and one governing fortune, set out to bring prosperity to their world. That task will prove to be a difficult one, however, as this world is filled with wonderful absurdities and challenges for them to overcome.

Kazuma once said that he only became a NEET in Japan after his childhood sweetheart broke his heart. In a twist of fate, that girl has now died and ended up in the other world. It should be a chance for her to make a fresh start, but it's hard to move forward when weighed down by regrets...
