When Dr. Mike's sister falls ill in a foreign land, she and Sully travel to help her, but meet many dangers along the way.

I always loved this episode, but felt like it went by a bit too fast, so I decided to fill in the blanks. Story contains some sexual situations, but is not very graphic.
