Spin-off of End of Me, set during the alternate future in 5.04 and explores the relationship between Jane & Castiel. Jane learns about her purpose which causes a rift between her & Dean. Castiel is dealing with being human. Together they try to work through their pain & developing feelings for each other, while dealing with the aftermath of Sam's decision & Dean's anger.
