After many days of chaos, a whole week has passed in Amity Park with an anomalous zero ghost sightings. Danny gets suspicious of the lack of activity and decides to check out the Ghost Zone alone to see what exactly is going on.

When a string of cases emerge where ghosts' unique abilities suddenly go haywire and makes them unwell, one half-ghost is the prime suspect of the cause, and he isn't about to get off scot-free for it this time around.
