Bella is a 17 year old high school senior. Her father, an unsuccessful commercial fisherman, often leaves for seasons on end. Waitressing at the diner to make ends meet, Bella's life gets more interesting when Jacob, a mysterious repeat customer, takes interest. He's part of the Nine Wolf Kings, and Bella, who once craved a peaceful life is in for much more of a thrill.
