Sasha isnt Teleported to amphibia but to the boiling isles and Luz is in Amphibia, Sasha still has her calamity powers so her stone was half charged and the other half was in Sasha. Anne,Marcy and Luz tried to recharge the stone but it wouldt go up more then what Anne had in the second temple.
