The Inkwell Isles have been living in peace for thirty years until Cuphead’s daughter, Cerise, along with her cousin, Shelby, go to the Devil’s Casino for an adventure and cause trouble for the residents of the Isles.

Twenty-one years have passed from the Florida 500. Another racer beats Cruz on one of her racing seasons, and the racing world and Hudson Hornet Legacy are doomed. However, Adelaide, daughter of Lightning and Sally McQueen, willingly continues the legacy with her brother, Caleb, at her side. The new racer on the other hand isn't as she seems.
