When Phineas realises that he likes Isabella as more than a friend, Ferb gives him a year to tell her before he does somthing about it himself. Now the year is up and Phineas and isabella are handcuffed at the wrists. Just in time for the vending machines to begin their rise to power. What could go wrong?
