Everyone is the hero of their own story, but Garcia Flynn knew from the start his wouldn't have a happy ending. Still, as long as he got his girls back, nothing else mattered - not even his blackened soul. (Or: If the events of Timeless followed Flynn's side of the story instead of the Time Team.)
