This fanfiction disregards the so-called sequels to the original series which I find very disappointing. Heavily Esteban focused and exploring his need for love and comfort. The story takes place just after the last episode: "The End of the City of Gold". Esteban suffers his first emotional breakdown and accepts solace and comfort from an unlikely person.
