Book 2 of 'The English Opening'. After the dramatic, dangerous and, at times, enjoyable events during the Triwizard Tournament, Fleur Delacour decided to stay in Britain to help fight against the resurgent dark lord. Oh, and so that she could spend time with her boyfriend, Ron Weasley.
Sometimes you write the stories and sometimes they just write themselves. In response to a prompt on Reddit: Fleur agrees to go to the Yule Ball with Ron. A romance, yes, but also something of an exploration the character of the often maligned Ron.
This was written in response to a throw-away comment that there are no good harem stories. This story attempts to refute that. There are no explicit scenes (but some implicit references).
They don't remember how they got here and they certainly don't know how to leave. Harry, Ron and Hermione are stuck in a strange game-like facsimile of their time in Hogwarts, but weren't they meant to be stopping Voldermort? This is a game story, but not a 'gamer' story. This isn't a crack or a parody. The game won't be cheated or tricked, you have to beat it by its own rules.
