This is the story of the Hale family...what's left of it, this includes Derek Hale's wife and daughter who's returned to Beacon Hills with him in search of their Alpha but what they find threatens the innocent world their daughter lives in which is slowly dwindling by the day.

Hadley Lockwood is the eldest child of Richard Lockwood, born after an affair before he married Carol however her mom died when she was quite young so she had grown up in Mystic Falls with a dad that never wanted her, a step-mother who hated her as she was a reminder that her husband cheated and the only positive relationships she had was her half-brother Tyler and her Uncle Mason.
