When the TARDIS detects tiny quantum fractures, the Doctor traces the source to Jayah, sitting on a cliff edge, spinning possibilities with technology that shouldn't even exist. Jayah can't remember what brought her there, or what she's using the spinner for, but the Doctor quickly realises this is far more serious than he first thought. Can they find out what happened and fix it?
River Song is looking for trouble, and the best place to find it is the station known as Space Vegas, where anything goes. She isn't too surprised to run into a Time Lady there, but two of them?
