Harry Potter enters his third year in standard fashion, blowing up his Aunt, running away from home and even attacked by Dementors on the Express. Harry doesn't believe it can't get anymore surprising until Dumbledore makes a startling announcement before the feast, turning the entire Wizarding world upside down.
