He barely survived the previous war as a conscientious objector/noncombatant, now he must survive this one doing the same. Inspired by a Reddit Prompt: A bigger bully than Dudley moves to Little Whinging and befriends Harry out of spite for Dudley. A mostly canon compliant one shot story with small changes and a different ending. Hopefully you find this simple and sweet.
