Pansy receives a letter from Blinky, a house elf, who curses her to die within thirteen days unless she can find the healing jewel that her father stole from him or have someone cry true tears of love for her. Believing she'll never achieve the second, Pansy recruits the help of Hermione and they work together to find the jewel, return it to Blinky and break the curse.
