Samantha and Jay seem to have inherited a a mansion with ghosts in it, but when Jay fears a future of the ghosts tattling on him to Sam, he sets out to contact paranormal investigators to help them pass over. The ghosts of Woodstone Mansion, however, learn the investigators are protected by the spirits of their ancestors at the locations they investigate.
