Olivia has returned back to D.C. after her kidnapping. While visiting Fitz and informing him she's leaving town with Jake, he gives her an ultimatum. Post 4x10.

Olivia makes Fitz aware that he has problems that need to be fixed in order for them to have a shot at a stable, healthy relationship. He decides to go to therapy to prove to her that he is serious and in this for the long haul. The road won't be easy, but it sure as hell will be worth it. Post 4x04.
