After Penelope Clearwater is revived after her close call with the basilisk, she and Percy Weasley explore the more awkward aspects of their physical relationship. Percy finds it difficult to relax, not when he knows school rules are on the line.

A presentation about the thickness of cauldron bottoms, followed by a party. Percy doesn't like drinking, because he hates to lose control, but he does need to loosen up.

Grasping his pillow tightly to his face so no one could hear him, Percy wept until there were no more tears left in his body. After the first tear had fallen, it wasn't about the stupid scholarship anymore.

This was written for a challenge to write about a picture of a trainline in under 1000 words. Percy sits and muses about predictability and reliability Penelope tries to teach him a thing or two.

Percy's working in the Prefect's common room, and Penelope comes to talk to him.
