This fic follows Horace Slughorn as he is on the run from death eaters and Voldemorts regime. Starts right when Slughorn decides to go on the run around the beginning of book 5 (canon story happens until that point) and will conclude when Dumbledore and Harry find him hiding in a muggles house in book 6 (story can continue as cannon from there.)
