What if when Izuku asked his mother could he be a hero even without a quirk instead not responding she said yes? In this story Inko Midoriyia supported her son's dream in becoming a hero even if he didn't have a quirk. Izuku would start training himself far earlier than in canon which resulted in a very different outcome, so check it out and let me know what you think.
