Dash-#13 Title Challenge Fic-History proves the winners write the story. The glamour of being the one who came out on top of the conflict and stands victorious over their enemy. What the books don't show you is what happens to the people on both sides after the war is won. Harry knew this to be true as the papers wrote of the glory of being the savior but all he had was the anger.

It was yet again that dreaded day of hearts and chocolate, flowering words of love and adoration and he was not in any way interested in being a part of the pompous display of empty headed buffoonery! At least...he thought he wasn't until he received a Valentine of his own.

Draco and Blaise were heading into a very dangerous situation for the two of them. They knew there was going to be no way to stop what was coming. Hoping against hope that they could find help, they sent an owl to the Ministry for aid. What they received in response ended up being more than they could have hoped for.

(Dash #19)-He was a convicted criminal with no hope of ever seeing the light of day again. He knew he was going to die in the walls of Azkaban and he was pretty sure it was going to happen soon. She was a celebrated war hero with no qualms about upsetting the balance or status quo. She had heard the rumors of unjust treatment and was unwilling to let it go.

(Dash #9) After the war, the wizarding world was ravaged and broken. Needing some hope and a little magical boost, the Ministry offered different incentives for couples to have magical children and revitalize the populace. Hermione was not willing to be dragged into doing something she did not want. Instead she found a path that made her happy and brought a surprise along the way.

The war is coming like a speeding train but as hidden information comes to light, new ties are created, new friendships born, and Harry gets a chance to see the world around him without the blinders. How will he react to what he discovers and what changes will he make to ensure the salvation of those who need it most?

After several failed attempts to find a Mr. Right Now at this point, Hermione decides to try a very popular product that the Weasley twins are selling. What she doesn't know is that her particular request has some very unexpected side effects.

(Dash #43) The wizarding world had not gotten any less prejudiced or any more just...it had only turned the tables on who was persecuted and who was revered. Hermione was on a mission to fix what the most recent wrong and may have tripped up and had to learn along that living with ferrets might not be so hard after all.
