Six months after the arrival of Pokemon on Earth, an animal veterinarian does his best to keep up with the new demands of his job. As he struggles with his own resentment of Pokemon, his medical skills will be put to the test.

One week ago, an Azelf woke up, lost and confused, in a British national park along with hundreds of other Pokemon. Now, working as a Human-Pokemon liaison, it struggles to adapt to a strange new world. A world all too familiar with Pokemon, despite having never encountered them before.
