Ratigan somehow managed to survive the fall from the Big Ben, after being rescued from the waters of Thames (let's pretend that's under the Big Ben )he is brought to an old friend of Fidget, a nurse, to be healed. After his near death experience he is questioning his decisions till now and what he is supposed to do with his life.
