He whipped his head back around to see a wand pointed at his chest, directly at his heart. The last thing he saw was crazed eyes and a flash of green light hurtling towards him. The last thought that crossed his mind was "I hope Dennis will be alright."

She felt an inexplicable relief flood over her. She was no longer alone in her pain. They could talk through their issues and hopefully become better friends through that. And that one small comfort was able to keep her sane.

In that moment, time seemed to cease, as though it was only the two of them and as though there was not a battle taking place all around them.

"I'll love you forever and always, Frederick Weasley," she whispered, tears freely coursing down her face, "but it's time for me to move forward, instead of dwelling on what could have been."
