The government has plenty of secrets they try to bury, but that doesn't stop Vash from trying to live a normal life after being experimented on his whole life. Trying to move on from the past, Vash moves to Kingsville, this being the 34th city he's attempted to assimilate into without causing chaos in his path. There, he meets a young woman who also struggles to find her happiness.
