Jude Pierce is a government social worker who is sent to Hope County to help with the arrest of infamous cult leader Joseph Seed. Things don't go as smoothly as she had originally hoped and now she has to survive a war she is wildly unequipped to be apart of while trying to figure out who exactly the Seeds are and why they keep looking at her like she hung the moon.
