Hikari Ryuzaki is a brutish girl with a destructive power on top of her terrible attitude. Seeing as her life is leading up to terrible avenues, she has resigned herself to the idea she might become a villain sooner or later. However, a chance encounter with a quirkless boy and his heroic delusions will have her thinking that, maybe, she's not so bad after all.
