It was certainly difficult to Ozpin when not only had he created the maidens with their 'rules' but to also try and keep track with magical fruits created by his ex wife Salem, that was something to worry about especially when numerous people started finding these fruits in the present day, none more worrisome then Jaune Arc. If this was another plan by Salem, Ozpin wasn't sure.
