This is just the Sequel from OokamiLover19. This takes place when all of Harry's kids have been in school. He is trying to pass a new law through the Ministry of Magic. This law includes that young wizards will be able to practice magic outside of school with the supervision of one or two responsible parents, and one ministry worker.
