Things were good. Not brilliant or amazing. Just good. Good for her anyway. She wasn't looking for family or adventure and she definitely wasn't planning on being chased down by a madman and his friend hell bent on proving she was a alien. Unfortunately life; didn't quite agree with Cara.
When Rose travels back to her former universe in search of help, she finds it in the form of an unfamiliar Doctor and his TARDIS.
40. Chloe persuades her sister to come to Gallifrey, but difficulties loom along the way. Will her sister become an enemy of the Doctor? The day the Doctor has dreaded is arriving.
It's mid-term holidays for Clara, and she requests quality time with the Doctor. And she requests a thing which her husband is not particularly fond of... cuddling. Does he fulfil her request? [Tooth-rotting fluff guaranteed]
The Doctor receives a mysterious telepathic message, from a woman who knows his true name. Desperate to find another one of his kind, the Doctor sets the TARDIS into motion and journeys into a deadly maze, created by none other than the Cult of Skaro themselves. Who is this woman? Will the Doctor even survive?
39. It's easy to lose the one door you want amongst a hundred doors. A flaw in Crystelle's Tardis design may defeat the aim of helping the people. Crystelle's home-made regeneration is failing. How can the Doctor tell her the prognosis? But there's worse to come.
This story is a continuation of "You're Not," in which Rose was pregnant at the end of Doomsday. With a child came a shift in priorities, so Rose settled as best she could with a job and the family she had left. Her daughter, raised on stories of her father, was less content in Pete's World. When she finds herself at the start of a paradox, there's only one way to go: forward. OC
When Callie Field finished her shift that day, she'd not been expecting to meet an odd man on a bench. Though odd men were rather common in her line of work, it wasn't often that a trail of disaster and impossibilities followed them the way they did this man. She hadn't been expecting him. And she hadn't expected to be one of the things following him into the unknown.
In a separate universe, a different Time Lord survived the Time War. The Guardian, originally charged with protecting the Time Lord's ancient knowledge, now serves as the Universe's Last Caretaker. Pulled to a classified galaxy a very long time ago is just par for the course! But with old enemies stirring in the dark, can He and the Jedi save the Galaxy? (Rated M)
Just when the Doctor least expects it, a friendly face (albeit, one that's changed a few times) returns. Will two old friends get the chance to travel the universe happily once again? Or will the universe get between them?
Oneshot: Over 2500 years of time travel, and her Doctor still insisted on bringing home strays.
38. Time has become distorted in one part of the Universe, endangering everything near it. The rest of the Universe will follow; unless the Doctor can do something...
With Rose having returned after her year missing, and the Doctor now knowing that she isn't what she seems, Chloe can finally live the life she has been waiting to live: full-time traveling with the Doctor. But choices have consequences, and when the TARDIS breaks down leaving her and the Doctor stranded, choices must be made on what is wanted versus needed. 9-13/OC, MA
37. The Master has regenerated to look like the Doctor, so the Doctor regenerates to try to avoid confusion, but this doesn't always work well. The Master aims to "chastise" Crystelle for sending him to the Judoon Master Palace prison so often.
River tries to steal the TARDIS. It's no big dea,l sia does it all the time. This one looks a bit different, but it's no big deal. It's the Doctor! It'll be fine. Sia picks the lock on the door and strolls in. And then sia gets hit over the head and knocked out. Everyone gets neopronouns, Charley and Eight are still blind from Scherzo, continuity for TCotK, and it's funny as hell.
36. The Master completes his escape from Judoon custody but irregularities leave Crystelle's reputation in tatters. Bravely she faces Gallifreyan Authorities before news finally arrives of the Master's escape. Gallifrey needs her again! The Master regenerates to look like the Doctor. How confusing! How dangerous! How easy, then, for the Master to do what he wants!
The Doctor runs out of regenerations and dies, leaving an idiot to find the TARDIS and literally screw up time. I dare BBC to film this. (Additional characters: The Doctor, Ood, Sarah Jane Smith, Luke, Mr. Smith, Strax, Jenny, K9, The Master...)
35. The Master has been held in the Judoon "Master Palace" prison, so nicknamed as it was designed specifically to deny escape even with all of his powers. The Doctor managed to escape once, but the Master chooses an unusual, almost angelic, method of escape. But is it a complete escape?
You all know the story: a Doctor Who fan jumps through the Doctor's timeline and the two fall in love. Elara hated those stories, and when she found herself living in one, she didn't know what was going on, aside from two things: she was not the main character of her own tale and that, under no circumstances, should she ever love the Doctor.
Making a decision to steal away her Thief was definitely one of the TARDIS's better ideas.
"Plot holes are just the pockets where people keep their fanfiction ideas" Yasmin Khan, the Doctor, the Master, and several TARDIS's. Angst, some comfort, and my explanation for the Trenzalore paradox.
One day every Earth year for the night 12 and River spent on Darillium, 24 years and a month with otters. COMPLETELY REMODELED.
The Doctor and Clara arrive on a strange planet that is in desperate need of their help, but will they be able to help or will this be their last adventure...
33. The Doctor has been investing time and energy in his chosen family, but have they let him down? He asks Simeon to challenge use of Gallifreyan intellectual property by non-Gallifreyans. The planet Chloe is staying on is mined by scarifiers. Can she challenge the scarifiers to save the planet and its inhabitants?
A scared eight year old took his last breath in a different universe and body, hidden amongst the shadows of what had been long abandoned. A tired eighteen year old breathed her first breath in a different universe and body, observed carefully by unwise old Academy instructors. Two lives were ruined in that moment, neither understanding what happened, but both irrevocably unhappy.
