Teddy and Victorie are attending the World Quidditch match with their parents, and Teddy asks to speak to Victorie under the bleachers of the stadium after a fight, which leads to more than either of them bargained for. Things escalate when Rita Skeeter learns of this and runs a scandalous article of the pair in The Daily Prophet. Remus and Tonks are left to deal with the aftermath
