Sherlock acutally gets sick and vehemently refuses to accept it while John finds out things about his friend that explain a lot, but also make everything a bit difficult. John struggles to find a way to help his friend, though Sherlock is oblivious until he gets worse. Takes place after TBB, before SiB. Sick Sherlock, Doctor!John.
