Helen Barret is a worker at Borgin & Burke's with no future, though her life changes when she's forced to work for dying Death Eater Jack Brennan in order to pay off her employer's debts. Things become complicated when her cousin, Tonks, vows to get her out, no matter the cost, along with Remus Lupin, and it becomes an issue when Helen starts to fall for his oldest son, Dominic.
