A Misfits Crew

Having intended to return home after retrieving Ginjō's body from the Soul Society Ichigo instead exits the Senkaimon into a strange new world. With brief contact from Kisuke stating that it's supposed to be a reprieve after all that's happened he needs to build a crew and set sail under Kisuke's order. For what purpose Ichigo doesn't know, but he has no other option but to do so.
