Having intended to return home after retrieving Ginjō's body from the Soul Society Ichigo instead exits the Senkaimon into a strange new world. With brief contact from Kisuke stating that it's supposed to be a reprieve after all that's happened he needs to build a crew and set sail under Kisuke's order. With no way to return, the Fullbringer has to learn to adapt and survive in this world while dealing with the overbearing personalities of a crew while also dealing with events that led him to be here.
