Set S12. Dean returns to the bunker with Mary, expecting to see Sam and Cas, but instead sees blood, what does he do? He does what he does best. Hunt. Except this time it's not to kill… it's to save his brother. With this all happening, where's Sam? He's chained to a chair in a basement, dealing with pain he thought he hadn't felt in years.
