A simple errand to a small corner store at night leaves Sam fighting for his life on its cold, stone floor with a broken blood-coated phone as his only company.

Set S12. Dean returns to the bunker with Mary, expecting to see Sam and Cas, but instead sees blood, what does he do? He does what he does best. Hunt.
