Neji is a therapist and (unfortunately) he knows many of his clients. He did not expect his job to be so hectic. He can't talk to anyone about how he feels since it would violate the rights of the clients so he documents all the insane, hilarious, ridiculous, terrifying, and just plain sweet tales in an electronic journal.
