Neji is a therapist and (unfortunately) he knows many of his clients. He did not expect his job to be so hectic. He can't talk to anyone about how he feels since it would violate the rights of the clients so he documents all the insane, hilarious, ridiculous, terrifying, and just plain sweet tales in an electronic journal. Itachi slowly went blind and even though he tried to hide it he eventually had to accept that he needed Kisame to be his eyes. After discovering Itachi's deteriorating sight, Kisame became dedicated to the love of his life in a whole new way.
