Summary
The end of the Dominion War comes with a heavy price for Jean-Luc Picard and the crew of the Enterprise. A newly-signed treaty between the Federation and the Cardassians leads to an exchange of prisoners; an exchange that not only re-opens the scars caused by events on Celtris III, but threatens to finish what Gul Madred began all those years ago.
