Hodaka is overjoyed to have Hina back. She can no longer control the weather which means the intense rain pouring over Tokyo will never end - but that doesn’t matter. The main thing is the two lovers are back together. They share a tender moment together in the rain - unaware they are being watched by someone who isn’t happy for them…
