John is fed-up with no food or milk in the refrigerator. Sherlock is rather tact-less and suggests that John go and get some instead of complaining. This causes John a bit of annoyance in which he asks "Why can't you be nice and do something for me!". This hurts Sherlock as he always tries to do something for John, and he's already done so much.
