Harry returns to Gryffindor tower shortly after he and Malfoy escape not quite solitary confinement via Hermione . . . for the third time. Hermione's there waiting to hear how it went, and, though a bit exasperated, she's willing to explain her reasoning. Harry finds it less than satisfactory.
